• After trying other software programs, I found that CareMatchPro was the only one that was bespoke to childcare recruitment. It seemed to be the only one that was easy to use, with a clear layout. There are lots of great features, but the ones I find most useful include the log in for candidates (so they can double check what they have been booked for), and the ability to attach all sorts of documents and notes to each client and candidate file. The search function is great and ensures that you don’t forget about anyone!
